German Token Pack

This art pack contains a collection of 3D-rendered character tokens for use with virtual tabletop role-playing software such as Fantasy Grounds, Roll20, or FoundryVTT. The character tokens within this package depict soldiers of the Wehrmacht in a wide range of different combat poses, with a range of different World War II period combat equipment.

Each character has been rendered to a scale that depicts each real world inch as three on screen pixels. This scale provides us with a 5ft map grid squiare that equels 180 pixels in size. This scale creates character tokens with enough detail, but of a small file size so that online roleplaying platforms don’t tax computer systems or cause lag by chewing up large amounts of bandwidth.

At 4:45 AM on the morning of Friday, September 1st, 1939 – the German army ignited the Second World War as 52 divisions invaded Poland. Like dominoes the nations of Europe mobilized in the face of Nazi aggression, preparing for the coming storm that would blanket the world until the surrender of the Empire of Japan on the 2nd of September, 1945.

Inside this pack you will find a number of ‘character sets’ that contain digital tokens depicting a certain subject matter in a number of different poses. For example, a German Combat Soldier, rendered in 3D from a birds eye view, in a number of poses from walking, marching, standing talking, to employing weapons.
